Let me tell you how many mistakes you can make if you think you can go out and purchase a home through “For Sale by Owner."
I was introduced to Robyn Filippo, a real estate agent with Prudential, by Vinny Viniegra, a good friend who had also used Robyn Filippo. However, I decided as a first time buyer that I would step away from a realtor and decided to handle the purchase on my own. I thought that I knew everything there was to know about purchasing a home. Of course, I was wrong! I lost money and I did not get the house. I stressed myself out so much that I had heart surgery and my health was really bad.
Then, I called Robyn Filippo, who took the stress away and introduced me to her team at Prudential. From that moment on, everything went so fast and smooth I could not believe it. Even when Robyn was on vacation, she called me to handle things so I did not have to worry. She was on top of everything, making sure that the inspection was done, interfacing with the Loan Officer and with the Seller's Realtor, and answering all of my questions. She kept me informed of every step that was needed to be done to buy my home.
The greatest thing about Robyn was that most of the time, I didn't even have to call her because she was calling me! To me this says a lot about a person...she really cares about her customers! I have four kids and my time with them is very important. Robyn knew that and she took care of everything so that I could be with my kids.
All I can say is there are so many different realtors out there, but you can not find anyone, anywhere as good as Robyn! The Lord knew I needed an Angel that was understanding, caring, hard-working and gets the job done. He sent me Robyn Filippo. If you are looking for a "Real" realtor, look no further! Robyn Filippo is the one that you want on your side. My wife Marie and I had decided to sell our Condo and list it with a friend. I don't know if anyone else out there has made the same mistake and dealt with a "friend," but I will never do it again!
Robyn brought the buyer to us. She was very professional and caring for both the buyer and the seller. Robyn Filippo is the most professional, dedicated, and service oriented real estate agent in Orange County. She is very detailed oriented and has only the best interests for her clients. In the six months Robyn helped us find our home, never once did she say, “I'm sorry I can't do that,” or “I'm unavailable right now.” Whenever we needed anything, she was there for us.

"We had gone to at least 12 other Realtors and no one seemed to want to help us. When we finally contacted Robyn that was it. Not only was she ready and willing to help us, but we could tell that she was determined to help us. Our dream of owning a home had become real as she contacted us, almost daily, with updates and new listings. This was a bigger task than usual because we were moving from Utah to Southern California and had only about 3 months before we had to be moved in.
